rollins rotary mower

does any one have a10 ft. rollins mower? mine does not cut clean. it leaves a standing trail of grass or weeds about 14 inches from each side. are there any kits available to convert this mower to catagory 2 hitch. my dealer quit selling them , and i think i have one of a kind.
